Parks, Trails & Boardwalks

Take a stroll along the serpentine trails and boardwalks that wind through the community. Sit and read a book or enjoy a picnic in one of the parks. There are numerous picturesque boardwalks that wind through the community, including several that extend out to the community's pond offering great fishing spots or gathering areas.

Beach

Nothing compares to a day at the beach—especially the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. WaterSound West Beach has a dedicated beach access for homeowners. Walk the meandering boardwalk through the tall pines and dunes of Deer Lake State Park to the beach. It is a breathtaking view.

WaterSound Beach Club

WaterSound West Beach homeowners are eligible to apply for Membership at the WaterSound Beach Club, located 1.5 miles east of WaterSound West Beach. The WaterSound Beach Club offers dramatic views of the Gulf, a free-form-designed zero-entry pool, shaded arbors, secluded cabanas, ladies' and men's locker rooms with shower facilities and changing areas. There is also a full-service restaurant offering indoor and outdoor terrace dining and an open-air full-service bar. Perfect your tennis game on two private Har-Tru HydroCourts. Tennis lessons are available. *Access to and use of The WaterSound Beach Club is not included in the purchase of homes or homesites and require separate membership. Memberships to The WaterSound Beach Club are subject to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and dues.

Fitness Center

Homeowners of WaterSound West Beach have access to the fitness center at WaterSound Beach—just one mile east. The fitness center features Technogym equipment as well as PreCor equipment installed with television viewing and hook-ups for personal headphones.
